SLIQUE exists because most cocktail menus hide the drinks people actually want under a fog of house names. We put the searched classics on the front of the list and make them as well as they can be made.

The room is dark on purpose. Gold is used like garnish — sparingly. Service is paced. We do not blend Piña Coladas into oblivion and we do not serve a Negroni in a coupe unless you ask.
