Negroni

Gin Stirred Florence, 1919 $18

Count Camillo Negroni asked for his Americano to be strengthened with gin in place of soda. The result is a bittersweet, ruby-red cocktail that has topped global bar menus for years. At SLIQUE we stir it ice-cold and express an orange peel over the surface so the oils bloom on first sip.
