Ingredients
- Amaretto45 ml
- Cask-strength bourbon20 ml
- Lemon juice30 ml
- Sugar syrup5 ml
- Egg white1
Method
Dry-shake, then shake with ice. Strain over ice. Lemon and brandied cherry.
Flavour: Marzipan, citrus, whiskey heat.
