Ingredients
- Prosecco90 ml
- Aperol60 ml
- Soda water30 ml
Method
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add prosecco, then Aperol, then soda. Stir once. Garnish with a fat orange slice.
Flavour: Bitter orange, bubbles, light.
