Ingredients
- Blanco tequila50 ml
- Fresh grapefruit juice60 ml
- Lime juice15 ml
- Sodatop
- Saltpinch
Method
Salt the rim if you like. Build tequila, juices and salt over ice in a highball. Top with soda and lift once with a barspoon.
Flavour: Pink grapefruit, agave, saline fizz.
