- Blended Scotch50 ml
- Lemon juice22 ml
- Honey-ginger syrup22 ml
- Islay Scotch float8 ml
Method
Shake blended Scotch, lemon and syrup. Strain over a large cube. Float Islay over the back of a spoon. Candied ginger.
Flavour: Honey, ginger heat, peat smoke.
