Ingredients
- Vanilla vodka40 ml
- Passion fruit liqueur20 ml
- Passion fruit purée30 ml
- Lime juice15 ml
- Vanilla syrup10 ml
- Prosecco30 ml sidecar
Method
Shake all but prosecco with ice. Fine-strain into a coupe. Garnish with half a passion fruit. Serve prosecco alongside.
Flavour: Tropical, vanilla, bright acid.
